This customer service position greets and registers guests when they arrive at the Resort. This position is expected to provide prompt and courteous service and close out guests accounts upon completion of stay. In addition, the agent is responsible for promptly answering the telephone and transferring calls to the correct extension and resolving any issues that may arise during a guests stay.

Boat Rental Attendants
This customer service position works with our boat rental customers to reserve and rent a variety of boats. This position is responsible for describing available rental units and accessories, and the rental agreement. This position also readies boats for rentals including cleaning, fuel and other general maintenance items. When a customer rents a boat, the attendant verifies the condition of the unit, and also provides an on-board tutorial to the boat drivers so that they are comfortable with both the boat and the rules on the water. Upon return, the attendant inspects and checks in the unit, and then prepares it for the next rental.

This seasonal customer service position provides boaters with retail services for food items, boater supplies and merchandise. This position is responsible for maintaining attractive merchandise displays to facilitate the sales and inventory of the ship store items. This position requires the ability to maintain correct cash handling procedures and cash controls in accordance with the Resort’s policies and procedures. This position requires weekend availability.

This seasonal customer service position greets guests and explains any specials and/or restaurant promotions, takes beverage and food order from the guests, inputs the order into the computer to inform the kitchen of the orders placed, retrieves order from the kitchen and delivers to the guest. When the customer has completed their dining experience, this position is responsible for presenting the check promptly and collecting and processing payment. Must abide by State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
